Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will courier your order [within New Zealand only]. Please allow 2-3 working days for processing and shipping. Sometimes there can be delays up to 2 weeks if a product is out of stock, but this doesn't happen much. Sorry for any inconvenience.
